2 June 2010: The neuroticism of the Indian foreign office rushes it to condemn friendly third countries without pausing to consider the consequences. Using words like "condemnable", "deplorable", etc, India attacked Israel for its commando action against the aid flotilla sailing to Gaza. In a quick, equally unthinking tit-for-tat, Israel has meaninglessly dragged India along with Pakistan (of all countries) and others for not attracting the same adverse notice for unspecified deaths on their territories. This won't get Israel off the hook, but it certainly calls for reflection on India's part on the sensitivity of dealing with time-tested all-weather foreign partners.
