As devoid of it as the dynastic Congress party is, its Bihar bete noire, Nitish Kumar, possesses it, which explains some of his remarkable victory, although he should be humbled by the huge mandate, and work harder (according to the laws of political gravity, he can only go down from here), and not turn megalomaniacal, as he likely won't.
