25 November 2011: It is entirely self-serving for the Congress to isolate the Sharad Pawar slapping incident, piously condemn it, accuse the BJP of instigating it, and take the opportunity to heap scorn on Anna Hazare. The Congress has such an inverted notion of reality that it dearly believes its mendacity and digressions will be missed by the Indian people and that they will forgive and forget the mega scams of the UPA-2 government. Not a chance. To minimize and ignore "slapgate" is to underestimate the growing anger of Indians against the Centre. Sharad Pawar's assailant is a hero. That should serve as a warning to the insensitive political establishment.
