16 November 2009: A pressure-cooker situation is building up in Pakistan, and it could explode in one of the following four ways unless corrective and reinforced actions are taken: A. A terrorist attack against India, primed to start a war calculated to terminate the Pakistani army faux campaign against the Pakistani Taliban in South Waziristan. B. The deposition or assassination of Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari, who is seen as an instrument of the "great Satan", America. C. A breakthrough/ colonels' coup in the Pakistan army undertaken both to replace the current generalship lead by Ashfaq Parvez Kayani with Islamist diehards and to grind to a halt the South Waziristan campaign. And D. A sponsored attack on US forces in Afghanistan and/ or the downing of American drones overflying Pakistan's terrorist hotspots designed to reveal sectional Pakistani military anger at US anti-terror policies forcibly implemented in Pakistan. There could be other scenarios but these seem more readily apparent.
