10 June 2009: While prime minister Manmohan Singh is perfectly entitled to decide to meet Asif Zardari in Moscow and restart the so-called Indo-Pak dialogue, it will remain a dialogue to nowhere. And it will collapse with another Bombay 2008-like attack, which is very much on the horizon given the circumstances under which the Pakistan government orchestrated the release of the Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jamaat-ul-Dawa terrorist leader, Hafeez Mohammad Sayeed.
